One of the most crucial shifts you can embody in order to manifest your desires is moving from hoping to knowing.
🌀 Hoping keeps you in an open loop.
🌀 When you hope things will get better, you are not sure of your creation. It stays vague.
🌀 You keep looking for reassurance. You keep checking: Is it coming? Is it working? Did I do it right?
🧘🏻♀️ Knowing, on the other hand, is a decision.
🧘🏻♀️ A closed loop.
🧘🏻♀️ The destination is already chosen.
🧘🏻♀️ In the state of knowing, reassurance becomes optional. Nice to have — but no longer necessary.
🧘🏻♀️ And this does not make you passive or lazy. Quite the opposite —Knowing demands coherence.
🧘🏻♀️ You no longer ask, “Is it coming?” You live from the premise that it has already been decided — in 5D — and therefore no longer needs your anxious orientation to exist.
This is why manifestation is not about visualizing harder. It is about changing your state of being so completely that the old reality no longer has a place to attach itself.
💫 Hoping keeps part of you oriented toward the future. 💫 Knowing relocates you into the present.
It is the difference between becoming and being.
When you are becoming a match to your desires, you emphasize process and future. When you are ‘the match’, it is right here, right now.
💫And in the state of knowing, timing becomes logistics — not uncertainty.
You stop waiting. You stop checking. You stop needing proof.
You live from the premise that it is already granted — and you focus on the fullness of life.
As the ancient texts say: Feel that you have received, and you will receive.
Prayer was never meant to be begging. It was meant to be being — living as if — and aligning your thoughts, feelings, and actions with what faith has already created.
Anytime I recognize that I’ve fallen from knowing into hoping — and asking from lack — this is what I do.

My Come-Back-to-Knowing Protocol
1. I recognize separation.
I recognize that every time I feel longing for my desires, I am separate from them. And we cannot create anything we feel separate from, as Dr. Joe says. We can only create from wholeness and oneness — the fullness of life.
2. I return to oneness.
When I catch myself falling back from the state of wholeness, I return to oneness — by bringing the excitement of what I want to experience into my now moment and living as if. This is the best definition of the fullness of life from Eckhart Tolle.
3. I come back into presence.
Once I remember the oneness, I return to presence, where everything is pure potential waiting to be realized. As I mentioned above, the state of knowing is not an invitation to stop everything and wait for things to fall from the sky. It is a state where coherence is required. Through your actions, your thoughts, and the way you feel about the situation, you must keep choosing the high road — daily.
4a. I live as the version of me who already has it.
Choosing the high road requires me to give my best in each moment. And this is not that challenging when you live from the premise that whatever you want, the feeling of it is available to you right now. When you tap into that, you naturally feel: – energetic, vital – giving your full in everything you engage in – loving, open to life – attentive, focused
💫 How would you show up if everything you desired were here in your life now?
4b. Then I act from that identity.
Take actions as the version of you who already has and does would take.
With so much warmth & love ❤️
