Today, I may not be saying something new to you, but I’ll try to describe— to the best of my ability—what “easing the tension in the void”actually is and how it feels.

(By the void, I mean the space between your desired reality and your current life.)

It’s easy to say let it be, let it go, just flow with it, accept where you are, etc.

But combining your intentions for your dream life with your current life—where the rubber meets the road—creates all kinds of friction.

And it’s a lot to manage during the day, especially when we’re not in a meditative state.

I recognized a tendency in myself: I was always walking on energetic eggshells, constantly checking whether I was in the “right” state or not.

This was putting too much stress on me.

I wasn’t aware that the checking alone implied that I was elsewhere—not actually in the state I was trying to embody.

I carried this inner narrative all the time, saying that should feel a certain way, should act a certain way, should be doing this or that if I were truly in my ideal state.

When I woke up:
“The version of you who has or does what you desire wouldn’t wake up feeling like this.”

Even though there is some truth in this mindset, a quick check-in—in the moment—should be enough.

Or a morning routine to set the tone of your day, including the desired vibration (feelings, thoughts, and actions combined) you want to embody.

However, when this becomes a constant measuring stick that follows you all day long, it makes you feel inadequate rather than motivated.

🌀 “When you assign high importance to something, you create energetic turbulence that actually pushes you away from what you want.”
— Vadim Zeland, Reality Transurfing

🌀 Zeland also explains that our problems and obstacles act like pendulums.

🌀 These are energetic structures that feed on your emotional reactions. When you fight your problems or give them excessive attention, they grow stronger. Your resistance gives them energy to persist.

🌀 Step aside mentally rather than engage. Don’t fight the pendulum.
Stop feeding it your energy.

🌀 Starving the pendulum allows you to move into a reality where the problem no longer exists.

When I let it all go and just be

And do what needs to be done in any given moment—

Just be me, and do my best—

I recognized that something magical happened.

The tension eased, and I felt happy as I was—together with my flaws, hopes, and wishes.

I returned to a natural state.

I started to treat my goals as no big deals—nice-to-haves rather than must-haves.

I don’t pretend that I don’t care, because I truly do ❤️🙏🏻
But I genuinely choose to be at peace regardless.

The no big deal state is the highest manifestation frequency because it carries zero resistance.

I didn’t deny the improvements I look forward to, but I ended the duality and sense of not enough-ness that were holding me back.

The inner critic I thought was helping me was actually the biggest force keeping that duality alive.

The more I acknowledge the separation—I’m not there yet, I’m not her yet—the more I deepen the gap between where I am and where I want to go.

And the more I ease into being who I am in this moment, the more I enjoy and accept it—with all its imperfections and best intentions—the more I close the gap.

Because the version of me who has and does what she desires would already be at ease in this moment.

So maybe easing the tension in the void isn’t about doing more, fixing more, or monitoring yourself better.

Maybe it’s about releasing the pressure to be anywhere other than here.

When you stop trying to cross the gap, you realize there was nothing to cross.

You were already standing in the only place where alignment can happen—right here, at ease, as you are.

👉🏻 How you handle the void determines how the outcome unfolds.

👉🏻 Handling the void between applying for a job and waiting to hear back is one of the hardest parts of landing a job.

👉🏻 But this phase isn’t meant for passive waiting or constant stress. It’s a space to be handled skillfully—so the results you’re working toward can take shape.

👉🏻 I put together a very sincere 10-video class for those who are ready to finally understand why work hasn’t felt truly satisfying—regardless of the role, the company, or how much effort they put in—and how to let it take shape the way you desire.
