How can passion and patience go hand in hand? 🔥🧘🏻♀️
This is something I used to struggle with a lot.
When I feel excited about something, I want it to happen now. I want to get up and do something now.
And while this urgency is often encouraged in the physical world, we are not only subject to the laws of the physical world. Recognizing this truth (the true nature of our being) naturally brings patience into the picture — because it has to.
Sometimes, no matter how hard we try, things don’t move. We miss a flight. We miss the boat by five minutes. We can’t sign up for the class we were looking forward to and have to wait another semester. Or we simply can’t see what has been right in front of us all along.
Almost like a video game — where you need to unlock the next level before you can upgrade your gear.
💫 If you’re someone who feels frustrated or anxious in these moments, believing that pushing harder is the only solution… you might be missing something crucial.
Because life is not always linear. And not everything is meant to be forced.
When we’re not aligned with the outcome we desire, we often try to close the gap with more action — the energetic gap between where we are and the frequency we’re trying to match.
💫 But when diligent action and patience walk together, everything falls into place more beautifully than any rushed effort ever could.
🔥 Patience is not here to dim the fire burning within you for your desires.
It is here to protect it — so it doesn’t burn out before it creates something meaningful.
It’s the glass cover around a burning candle.
Patience is perseverance. Patience is showing up every day and lighting the fire again and again, for as long as it takes.
