You’re worthy to receive ❤️
Do we need to do any convincing to prove that we are worthy to receive? Of course not.
But this is exactly what we do without realizing it.
We have a great idea we believe in, and we automatically start thinking about how to tell people it’s a great idea — hoping to convince them.
Then we do the same to ourselves.
We go over that idea in our heads again and again, almost as if we’re trying to prove to ourselves that if we do a better job convincing, we will be granted permission from the Universe to have it.
Sometimes we do something even worse.
We feel so bad because of the contrast — the gap between where we are and where we want to be — and secretly think: If I am this miserable without it, then I should definitely be the one to have it.
Almost like trying to convince the Universe:
If I suffer enough without it, then surely I deserve it.
Of course, you deserve it.
Yet being miserable is never the path to where you want to go.
Because “if it feels bad here, it cannot feel good over there,” says Abraham Hicks. And I think that’s a beautiful explanation.
If how we feel now creates the future, then a miserable now can never create a wonderful future.
That’s why the path to everything we want starts with finding the frequency of it.
The best way I know so far to do this is to have a dream you work toward every day — while also keeping yourself happy in the small moments.
While doing so, you may have to find and sometimes create that happiness, especially when there seems to be nothing good happening to look at in your life.
And suffice to say: trying to convince yourself — which implies doubt — is not a part of that formula.
Anytime you catch your mind going through scenarios of what you want — yet also imagining yourself struggling to get it, trying to convince people, replaying everything that could go wrong, and picturing yourself miserable as you solve those problems — you are not manifesting the reality you want.
You are feeding anxiety, doubt, and worry.
If certain challenges are meant to come into your life to help you refine your frequency, they will come anyway. But if you spend your days focusing on those possible challenges and end up feeling lethargic and hopeless as a result, you are not being realistic or responsible.
You are shooting your dreams in the foot.
So say this to yourself:
In the reality where I receive everything I want,
I don’t have to convince myself.
I don’t have to convince anyone.
Because it’s already done.
I simply do what needs to be done.
It may not always feel like walking in the park — I’m aware of that — and I still do the work.
But it’s never about fretting every moment about the work.
It’s about seeing the reward that follows every pain of growth.
That’s it.
So anytime your mind lures you into replaying the challenging scenarios, hardships, and impossibilities in your head every ten minutes of your day — STOP!
❌ The message in that moment is not to see how well you can solve those imaginary problems.
✅ The message is to see how quickly you can detach from them and return to the calm and ease of the frequency of knowing.
Reflection Prompts
1️⃣ Where in my life am I still trying to convince myself that something will work instead of simply trusting that it’s already done and taking action from that knowing?
2️⃣ What would “knowing that something is already done” feel like in my body?
3️⃣ If I were to imagine my dream life, what would I focus on living that life, instead of rehearsing problems?
4️⃣ What small action today would move me toward my dream without needing everything to be figured out first?
Much love ❤️🔥
