The other day I was working on creating Abraham Hicks' focus wheels on actual paper, and at the end, it looked like this :)

Focus Wheel-ing is something that allows you to create a vibrational momentum so that you can easily tap into the feeling of your dreams as if they are happening right now. 

You put what you want to create at the center of your focus wheel (sorry about the photo quality - look at my photo above).

However, most of the time, because we are energetically far from what we want to create (cause if we weren't, then we should've been living it as a reality rather than having them as a desire), thinking about them bring up doubts rather than relief or hopefulness. 

To prevent this contradicting energy from happening, we'll try to get there (to the center of the focus wheel) slowly by using the feelings, thoughts, and statements that we know for sure or easily believe about their validity.  

The leaves around the center are those feelings, thoughts, and statements that create the spiral and momentum to help us eventually get to the center with less friction and without feeling the contradicting energies. 

Abraham Hicks describes this process as trying to get on a merry-go-round.

When we try to get into the merry-go-round when it is running fast, we cant :)

Because it flew us off the bushes when it is running fast. 

When we try to get into the feeling immediately by saying, "I have 10 million in my bank account right now," what we only create is the feeling of the lack of 10 million as the current reality shows us that we are barely hanging on. So, in that case, trying to affirm that "I have 10 million in my bank account" would definitely throw us off the bushes.

I don't say that you cannot get there, but what I am saying is, the majority of the time, what trips us off on the way to our manifestations is not getting prepared enough energetically. 

In order to get yourself prepared energetically and feel comfortable enough not to talk yourself out of the feeling of having the 10 million in your bank account, you get to start slow and increase the stake gradually.

Meaning, start affirming your manifestation with statements that you could easily believe to be true when you say them. I'll give you an example below in a minute.  

The Universe responds to our faith and sureness.

If we say something yet do not fully believe it to be true, aka doubt it, question it, second-guess it, and be double-minded about it, then the Universe will respond to us in the same way. And in that case, our doubting of ever going to be acquiring 10 million in our bank account becomes our reality, and we'll always be waiting doubtfully and never fully be able to get where we want to be.  

Could you feel the resistance and doubt around the statement of having "10 million in your bank account right now" when you barely have a million or even less?

For example, if you want to put, "I have 10 million in my bank account right now" in the center of your focus wheel, then start drawing the leaves around it with these example statements as below,

- Things are always working out for me.

- I trust that there is a path to all of my desires, and the Universe knows exactly what it is. 

- My path to my desire will show itself to me step by step, day by day. 

- I am grateful for what I already have.

- I was once praying for the things that I have in my life right now. 

- I have the power to create what I want.

- I am grateful that I am wise enough to figure things out.

- I am thankful that I am healthy enough to focus on other aspects of my life.

- I can feel happy even before having 10 million in my bank account.

- I have a promising business.

- Money is flowing into my life.

- I know that I am getting there.

- It is easy for me to make things work. 

- Once I get in the groove, I know that I can easily allow big amounts of money into my life.

- The feeling of abundance is what I am reaching for.

- The feeling of freedom is what I am reaching for. The feeling of financial freedom. 

- Having a million is no different than having 10 million in terms of feeling.

- I can have 10 million in my bank account if I keep on going like this. 

- It is a possibility for me for sure. 

Did you feel the ease that is starting to grow around this subject when you start from the things that are already feeling "believable" and naturally easy to feel good about?

Repeat each statement you write on each leaf until you feel very natural with them. 

Remember, what we eventually want to reach is those two states as below,

1) We want to believe what we say to be true.

2) We want to feel how we would feel once what we believe to be true actually manifests in our reality. 

These are the key to manifesting.

You can change the leaves from time to time, but it is not necessary because what you write down doesn't matter, but how they make you feel does.
